Acknowledgements

This website began as a project for a seminar taught by Prof. Duncan Faherty and Prof. Lisa Marie Rhody at the CUNY Graduate Center in the Spring of 2019. I thank them for their guidance and encouragement.

Much of the research and images that this website draws on comes from South Asian American Digital Archive, the HathiTrust Digital Library, and the Legacy Center Archives, Drexel University College of Medicine. I thank the collective labor of the archivists, technologists, and institutions that makes these incredible repositories available.
